Cancellation may be made before an order has shipped for a full refund. If an order has shipped or a shipping label has been generated, buyer pays shipping costs. Returns are accepted for up to 14 days after the date of delivery.
Refunds will be issued for items returned within our 14 day return period. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer plus buyer pays 15% restocking fee, unless the merchandise is defective. Our refund processing time is 1-3 days after the merchandise has been returned to us.
Our international orders ship world wide from our headquarters in California, via USPS international priority, with tracking and insurance.
